COURSE DESCRIPTION:
Students learn block coding through Scratch. Scratch is a friendly, didactic and very easy to understand program for students between ages 7-10. Students learn about the basics of programming and craft concepts of technology, science and mathematics. Students also learn how computers think. The course is geared towards creating a personalized project and at the end of the course, students will present their projects to out entire team and parent invitees.

- CLASS 1 – PG BYTEStudents learn what Computational Thinking is and create Class Craft accounts. Students are introduced to Tynker.3

- CLASS 3 – PG BYTEStudents learn how plants grow (in relation to programming) and are introduced loops.3
- CLASS 4 – PG BYTEMini project to explain how loops work. Student presents project at the end of the class.3
