About the course:

Programming – Game Studio: Byte Edition For (Ages 7-10)

Scratch is a high-level block-based visual programming language and website targeted primarily at children 8–16 as an educational tool for programming. Users on the site, called Scratchers, can create projects on the website using a block-like interface. Projects can be exported to HTML5, Android apps and EXE files using external tools.

In this course, the students will learn about the basics of programming and different terminology, and tools used like conditionals, variables, loops, etc. This is a project-based course. Homework will be assigned to the students after each class. The homework will lead the students towards building a final product.
