Programming is the process of writing an algorithm of instruction that tells a computer system how to approach and work on a task. This is achieved using a set of programming languages such as PYTHON, JAVA, JAVASCRIPT, C++. With programming being the backbone of artificial intelligence, robotics, data analysis & generation, software development, and a whole lot of other professions and careers with huge financial viability, the benefits of learning this course are endless. At the end of the course, our kids are able to learn the basics of programming, develop logical thinking, study concepts of mathematics, science and technology and their application to programming, develop teamwork and create their first game!
Website development is the process of building and maintaining a website, by writing programs using programming languages such as PHP, CSS, HTML. The course is focused on teaching front-end user interface, designing a responsive webpage and back-end coding website development. Learning website development is not only very productive, but it is very interesting as well. It also breeds creativity, proficiency in communication skills and logical thinking. 1010 coding offers courses on all aspects of creation, design, and optimization of websites to young adults. Web development will be one of the most in-demand skills in the next decade. With 50% of the global population using the internet daily, it makes sense that tech skills will keep growing in demand.
Video creation is simply the process through which motion pictures are created. Animation on the other hand is the use of software such as Corel draw, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrators, and other graphic tools to create images or to manipulate figures to appear as moving images. This is achieved by using computer-generated imagery. And contrary to popular belief, you do not need an artsy drawing skill to learn! Our students are able to create and design characters for games, cartoons and comics, logos, brands, brochures, pamphlets and more. They are also able to achieve other interesting results like create moving images, design and create digital and print artwork, write scripts and generally bring drastic improvement academically as the visualization skill they cultivate makes better understanding of things. Our students learn to be decisive with their creative power. It teaches how to combine creative power with the opportunities already put in place by technology.

For Excel which is a spreadsheet that features calculations, graphing tools, pivot tables, and a macro programming language called Visual Basic, it empowers our students to be better planners, solve complex equations, analyze, process, and manipulate experimental data. Our kids are also immediately able to create excel sheets to manage their savings, keep track of their school records, create personal timetables, create simple board games as well and even help their family draw out all the regular weekly activities.
